We were approached in mid-2020 to help AmeriDrive's founders purchase the company from the original investors. We secured the initial funds to buy out the original investors and increase the fleet size to just under 1,000 vehicles. 

 

Ameridrive is a new alternative to leasing or buying for gig economy drivers, disrupting the automotive industry. Ameridrive provides a flexible car subscription with layers of commercial insurance,  allowing gig drivers to access any car on the platform whenever they want, wherever they want, and for as long they need. All costs, including insurance bundled into a single subscription fee. Ameridrives is strategically aligned with the HyreCar platform, a car-sharing marketplace for rideshare and delivery.

In August of 2022, working with our strategic partners, we shepherded a $100M securitization so AmeriDrive could scale, adding 6,000 vehicles to the fleet, 14 new MSA's, and over 40 new locations.
